How much does RankLadder cost?+

Three plans: Starter at $99 a month with 200 AI minutes, 100 AI chat replies, and 100 SMS/MMS; Pro at $199 with 600 minutes, 250 AI chat replies, and 300 SMS/MMS; and Scale at $499 with 1,600 minutes, 800 AI chat replies, and 700 SMS/MMS. Annual billing gives you two months free.

Is there a contract, and can I cancel?+

No contract. Plans are month to month, you can cancel anytime, and service continues through the period you already paid for. Annual plans simply trade a year up front for two months free.

What happens when I hit my plan limit?+

You see a live usage meter and get alerts at 80% and 100% of each allowance. RankLadder always uses that allowance first, then draws from your shared non-expiring credit wallet. An active call can finish if the balance reaches zero; the next cost-bearing activity pauses. RankLadder never creates an automatic overage charge.

What do credits cost, and what do they cover?+

Credit packs are $15 for 1,000 credits, $30 for 2,500, and $60 for 5,000. One AI receptionist minute uses 25 credits. One SMS/MMS carrier segment or AI website-chat reply uses 5 credits. Credits never expire, and human replies in website chat are always free.

What's the difference between Starter and Pro?+

Starter includes the complete AI office manager, including 200 AI minutes, 100 AI website-chat replies, 100 SMS/MMS, reviews, the unified inbox, native apps, and 3 transfer rules. Pro increases capacity and adds lead scoring, unlimited transfer rules, more teammates, and expanded connections.

What does the trial include, and what does it cost?+

The trial is $4 and runs 7 days with 30 AI call minutes and 25 AI website-chat replies. Customer SMS/MMS is not included during the trial because carrier registration must be completed first.

Is there a fee to activate SMS/MMS?+

Yes. Two-way SMS/MMS requires a one-time carrier processing fee: $39. It covers carrier registration and your own local number for sending and receiving customer messages. It is not a recurring charge.
