1. Overview
RankLadder, a service provided by Digital Macaroni ("we," "our," or "us"), sends automated text messages (SMS and MMS) on behalf of businesses that use our reputation management platform. These messages are used to request customer feedback and reviews following a completed service interaction.
By opting in to receive text messages from a business that uses RankLadder, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.
2. Consent & Opt-In
You opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on the business's RankLadder-hosted consent page. The consent checkbox is not pre-selected — you must actively choose to opt in.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging in order to receive goods or services from the business. Your consent is voluntary and may be revoked at any time.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Typically, you will receive 1–2 text messages per service interaction (e.g., a review request and one follow-up). Messages are sent only in connection with a service you have received. You will not receive recurring promotional or marketing messages.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any charges that may apply. RankLadder does not charge you for receiving text messages, but your carrier may.
5. Opt-Out (STOP)
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you have received from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that sender.

7. Mobile Data Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties. We collect phone numbers solely for the purpose of sending service-related text messages (review requests, feedback collection) on behalf of the business you received service from.

8. Carrier Disclaimer
Messages are transmitted through third-party mobile network providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee that messages will be successfully transmitted to every recipient.
Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major U.S. wireless providers. Carrier support is subject to change without notice.
