Every conversation in the list shows the caller’s name when available, the time, a channel icon, a 1–5 lead score, a hot-lead marker, and the first line of the AI’s summary — enough to know who to call back first without opening a single thread. Open one and you get the full transcript, audio playback, the lead score’s rationale, and every prior call or text from that same number. If the call happened in Spanish or another language, the transcript shows the original with an English translation underneath — you read every conversation in your own language.

What is lead scoring, exactly?+

Every call and chat gets a 1–5 score based on urgency, buying language, and whether it's a repeat caller, with a hot-lead marker and a one-sentence rationale you can read in the detail view. Included on Pro and Scale.

What happens to spam calls?+

They're filtered before your phone rings where possible and, if one gets through, tagged and collapsed into its own section of the inbox — not deleted, so you can double-check if you want to.

Can I see a caller's full history?+

Yes — open any conversation and every prior call, text, or chat from that number is right there, so repeat callers never have to re-explain themselves.
