Appointment Booking

The call ends with an appointment on the books

Connect your calendar and the AI checks real openings — no guessing, no double-booking — then locks in a time before the caller hangs up.

How a call turns into a booking

1

The caller asks, the AI listens for it.

When someone asks to schedule something on the call — “can you fit me in Thursday?” — the AI recognizes it as a booking request, not a message to pass along later.

2

It checks your actual calendar.

Connected to Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, or Square Appointments, the AI reads your real availability — the hours, buffers, and appointment types you’ve set up — and only offers times that are actually open.

3

The slot gets locked in before the call ends.

The caller hears the time read back to confirm it, and the appointment lands on your calendar. No callback needed, no game of phone tag.

Set it up once — the AI won’t wing it

Appointment types are configured in your dashboard: the service name, how long it runs, buffer time between jobs, which calendar it books to, and instructions for when to offer it (say, only for service calls, not estimates). The booking itself works two ways depending on the tool: for Google Calendar, Outlook, and Square Appointments, the appointment goes straight onto your calendar. For Calendly, the caller gets a one-time scheduling link by text — sent only after they’ve agreed to it on the call — so they can lock in the exact time themselves.

Service calls only — not estimates

One setup, and every future call books against real hours, real buffers, real availability.
What's included, and where

Booking through Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, and Square Appointments is included starting on Starter ($79/mo, 120 minutes). Pro ($169/mo, 450 minutes) and Scale ($299/mo, 1,000 minutes) also connect Acuity Scheduling and Clio's calendar, for businesses already running their booking through one of those. Annual billing takes two months off any plan.

One captured $300 job covers about four months of Starter — and a job booked on the call, instead of a maybe-callback, is a job that doesn’t go to the next name on Google.

Frequently asked questions

Does it check my real calendar, or just take a message?+

It checks your actual, real-time availability and books directly for Google Calendar, Outlook, and Square Appointments. For Calendly, it texts the caller a one-time scheduling link to grab the exact slot. Either way, it’s a real booking, not a callback promise.

Can it reschedule or cancel an existing appointment?+

Not yet — it books new appointments only. Changing or canceling one still goes through you.

What if I don’t use any of these calendar tools yet?+

It connects to what you already run; it doesn’t replace it. If you haven’t set one up, the AI takes a detailed message instead, so nothing gets lost.

Which plan do I need?+

Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, and Square Appointments are included on Starter and up. Acuity and Clio connect on Pro and Scale.
