Google Reviews

Your calls turn into Google reviews

After a call ends with a caller who opted in, one tap sends a review request by text; when a review posts, the AI drafts a reply for you to approve.

How a finished call becomes a review

1

Connect your Google Business Profile.

One OAuth connection, done once, from onboarding or Integrations.

2

Request a review from a real conversation.

One tap on any call or text where the caller already opted in sends a review link by text — never a cold list, never an import.

3

The AI drafts your reply.

When a review posts, your AI writes a reply in your voice. You read it and approve it before it ever goes live.

Three taps — connect, request, approve. No campaign to manage.

Every request traces back to a real conversation — nothing else

There’s no customer list to import and no batch of texts going out to people who never called. The review request only ever follows a call or text where the caller said yes, out loud or in writing, to being texted. A ladder strip at the top of the Reviews tab shows your current rating, review count, and roughly how many more reviews get you to the next 0.1 stars, so progress is visible, not just a folder of stars.

Included on every tier — reviews aren't an upsell

Google reviews are built into Starter, Pro, and Scale — there's no separate reviews product to buy on top of your plan. Starter starts at $79/mo (120 minutes, about 40 calls, and 100 texts); the review request rides the same texting bucket as everything else.

One captured $300 job covers about four months of Starter — and the review it can generate keeps working long after the call ends.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a list of past customers to get started?+

No — RankLadder never imports a contact list or sends a batch request. Every review request follows one real, opted-in conversation.

Can I hide bad reviews or only ask happy customers?+

No. Every caller who's asked gets the same Google link — that's the honest, compliant version of a review-request tool, and it's also how Google's review policies work. A private-feedback option exists alongside it for anyone who'd rather reply in the thread than post publicly.

Do I have to approve every AI-drafted reply?+

Yes. The AI drafts a reply in your voice; nothing posts until you approve it.

Which plan do I need for reviews?+

None — it's included at every tier: Starter, Pro, and Scale.
