Does the customer have to agree to receive a text?+
Yes. RankLadder only sends the request after the customer has agreed to receive texts during a recorded call or in writing. The request never starts from a cold contact list.
Can I import a list of past customers?+
No. RankLadder does not import a list or send a batch review campaign. Every request follows a real, opted-in customer conversation.
