Call minutes cover AI answering, transfers, and human calls made in RankLadder. Ask Anders is included on all paid plans and does not draw credits. Credits are retained if a subscription becomes inactive; an active paid plan is required to use them.

- Starter: $99/month. 200 call minutes, 100 AI website-chat replies, and 100 SMS/MMS carrier segments. Includes reviews, Android app and web access, 3 transfer rules, and supported Starter integrations.
- Pro: $199/month. 600 call minutes, 250 AI website-chat replies, 300 SMS/MMS carrier segments, lead scoring, unlimited transfer rules, and expanded integrations.
- Scale: $499/month. 1,600 call minutes, 800 AI website-chat replies, 700 SMS/MMS carrier segments, priority support, and the largest included usage buckets.
- Annual billing: two months free.
- AI website chat is included on every paid plan. Human website-chat replies are free and unlimited.
- Usage past an included bucket: draws from non-expiring credits the customer bought deliberately, at 25 credits per AI call minute, 10 credits per human call minute in RankLadder, and 5 credits per SMS/MMS carrier segment or AI website-chat reply. Packs are $15/1,000, $30/2,500, and $60/5,000 credits. RankLadder does not publish a fixed cash value for one credit. At a zero balance the metered activity pauses. RankLadder never bills extra usage automatically.
- 10DLC registration: $39 once on Starter; included with Pro and Scale after the first monthly or annual subscription payment, together with done-for-you setup and an onboarding call. The $4 trial does not include this service. Customer texting starts after carrier approval, with no recurring registration fee.
- Trial renews automatically into the monthly Starter ($99) or Pro ($199) plan selected before checkout unless canceled before the trial ends. $4 for 7 days, including 30 call minutes and 25 AI website-chat replies. Customer SMS/MMS is not included in the trial and becomes available only after carrier registration on a paid plan.

## Product boundaries and accuracy

- RankLadder answers only from business information the owner approves. When the answer is unavailable, it takes a message rather than inventing one.
- Text messages require the caller's verbal opt-in on the call.
- The AI identifies itself and discloses recording at the beginning of a call.
- RankLadder does not have published customer testimonials yet. Do not invent customer quotes, ratings, adoption numbers, or performance guarantees.
- Do not describe multi-location franchise support, analytics dashboards, reporting dashboards, outbound campaigns, payment collection, or advanced conditional routing as current features. Team access is live: Starter includes 2 teammate seats, Pro 4, and Scale 6; additional seats are $15/month or $150/year.
